What is the largest transformer you can manufacture in-house?
We manufacture Power, Distribution, Furnace and Dry-Type transformers up to 5 MVA in the 33 kV class at our Vadodara works.
What is the largest transformer you can service on-site?
We overhaul and service transformers up to 75 MVA in the 132 kV class at customer sites across Western India.
Do you repair transformers of other makes?
Yes. Our engineers have 18+ years of experience repairing and rewinding transformers of every major Indian and international make.
How long does a typical repair take?
Turnaround depends on scope. A standard rewind of a distribution transformer is usually completed within 2–3 weeks including testing.
Do you provide test reports and warranty?
Every manufactured and repaired unit ships with a full pre-dispatch digital test report and a written warranty.
Which standards do you build to?
We build to IS 2026 / IS 1180 for oil-cooled and IEC 60076-11 for dry-type transformers, with type-test certification available on request.
Do you accept AMC (annual maintenance) contracts?
Yes. We offer scheduled preventive maintenance contracts with priority breakdown response for critical installations.
